교육공학과 졸업생, 펜실바니아大 박사과정 입학!

세계로 가는” anu 교육공학과 ‘11학번 심주은 졸업생이 세계 초일류 명문인 미국 university of pennsylvania 대학원에 전액 장학생으로 2018 가을학기에 박사과정 입학허가를 받았습니다. u-penn으로 잘 알려진 이 대학은 harvard, yale, princeton, stanford, columbia 대학교와 함께 세계적 초특급 인재를 양성하는 대학입니다. 안동대 졸업생으로 이런 대학원 박사과정에 입학은 우리 안동대의 자랑이며, 우리도 세계적 인재를 기를 수 있음을 보여주는 것입니다. 박사과정 프로그램은 “teaching, learning, and teacher education edd program”이고, 입학허가 및 장학금 관련 내용은 아래 메일과 같습니다. 심주은 동문이 장차 인류문명의 발전에 크게 기여할 세계적 학자로 발전할 수 있도록 기도와 성원을 기대합니다.

 

한편, 안동대 교육공학과 졸업생으로 미국 유학생은 10명에 이르고 있습니다. 그 중 4명은 박사를 취득해서 국내외 대학의 교수나 연구원(조문흠 university of missouri 박사: 성균관대학교 교수, 채보영 university of georgia 박사: 미국 washington state 교육부 교육공학 선임연구원, 황선옥 university of ohio 박사: 현대자동차 글로벌인재개발원 부장, 윤효진 university of texas 박사: 텍사스대학교 research fellow)으로 활동하고 있습니다. 6명은 현재 박사과정에 재학(도재우 university of tennessee, 황석원 university of illinois, 권동진 university of alabama, 이대열 purdue university, 이지혜 pennsylvania state university, 그리고 심주은 university of pennsylvania 입학) 중에 있습니다. 세계적 수준의 교육공학 교육과 연구를 통해서 안동대학교의 학문적 위상을 높이는데 더욱 정진하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

congratulations! the faculty is pleased to offer you fall 2018 admission to the university of pennsylvania graduate school of education (penn gse) teaching, learning, and teacher education, edd program. to demonstrate our commitment to helping you reach your fullest potential as a scholar, we're pleased to offer you a funding package that includes a dean's fellowship and a research apprenticeship (ra). the fellowship provides tuition and general fees for a total of six (6) course units, three (3) in each of the fall and spring semesters. the ra provides a nine (9) - month stipend of $25,800 in exchange for an average of 20 hours per week (in the fall and spring only) in structured opportunities for you to engage in active scholarship, research, and teaching.

if you've attended college or university outside of the united states, a course-by-course evaluation from a naces member is required. if you're currently enrolled in a degree program, please note this offer of admission is contingent upon your successful completion of that program. you can't begin a graduate program at penn gse until official notification of your baccalaureate degree conferral has been received.
